LiPPERT CE konform

CE - Marking

Complex electronic components that must observe the CE requirements need a "CE Certificate Of Conformance" and must be marked with a CE compliance label. However, if such complex electronic components are produced for further processing by industry, skilled crafts or other EMI informed businesses only, they do not need to observe the above mentioned CE requirements and consequently do not need any identification either.

 

This applies to LiPPERT embedded computer boards, because these are not used as stand-alone devices by the general public Anyway, to make sure that LiPPERT's Embedded PC modules can be used within CE-marked devices, we have build sample configurations and tested those for CE-compliance.These sample configurations consist of one Embedded PC module mounted in a standard closed cabinet. This configuration is then tested against the ce-requirements.
