 VDC: LiPPERT Named Platinum Vendor
LiPPERT scored among the top companies in VDC's yearly customer satisfaction survey. This is the highest award VDC assigns to companies in the embedded markets for single board computers, PC/104 modules and similar devices. User feedback was solicited about their most important non-technical criteria when selecting a supplier. Among these where factors like availabilty, reliability, pricing, meeting delivery schedules and support. The data gathered from the customers was then weighted according to the criterias' importance. Embedded vendors scoring in the top 5% are considered as "Platinum" vendors.
