EXP-ETH8 is an eighfold Ethernet extension board for EPIC Express CPUs, which can also be used as a carrier board for PCI/104 Express processor boards. Up to two boards are stackable on our new Hurricane-QM57 SBC. Main applications are in the field of security, where each Ethernet channel requires its own independent MAC and MAC-ID and where the higher bandwidth is needed. Drivers are availble for Windows XP, Windows XP Embedded, QNX, and Linux operation systems.

Linux*: The driver was verified using Ubuntu Linux 11.04 at a kernel version of 2.6.38. Any other kernel containing the e1000e.ko module should work as well.
